In the ZDF family show "The game begins!" on Saturday, 11.03.2017, 20.15 o'clockJohannes B. Kerner will once again be presenting new trends and popular classics at a big games evening at the MMC Studios in Cologne.
Prominent candidates battle it out in exciting rounds against the true experts in the field: children.
Actress Uschi glass, Moderator Inka Bause, Olympic champion Fabian Hambüchen, Musician Sasha and comedian Olaf Schubert compete against Sophia (9), Isabella (10), Bela (12) and Max (13). YouTube star Dagi Bee supports the children.
The following games will be played: "Bop It," "Spitz Watch Out," "Rush Hour," "Zoowaboo," "City, Country, River," "Fauna," "Gobblet Munchers," "Geistesblitz," "Halli Galli," "Elefun" and "Matchball."
The Games were adapted for feasibility on television and in a modern and stage look implemented.
New to the game mode: The last four rounds are duels, with one child competing against one star. Here the score is doubled.
After the grand final game, it is clear which team is the winner of the evening - the celebrities or the children.
"The game begins! - The big show from 3 to 99" is a production of Riverside Entertainment, Hamburg, for ZDF. MMC Studios are commissioned by Riverside Entertainment for the technical production of the family show.
The Stage and decoration construction in the 2,600 sqm MMC Studio 30/31 was created by MMC's Art Department realized. In addition, the MMC Art Department together with PropHouse was responsible for the Development and implementation of the studio games responsible.
On the part of MMC Studios, the production was supervised by Account Manager Susanne Knapp. MMC's production engineer Herbert Fittinghoff was in charge of technical management. Theo Kings headed the MMC Art Department's work areas on the show as project coordinator.
